This classic no-bake dessert is like an oversized chocolate éclair in cake form: layers of graham crackers, creamy vanilla pudding, and a luscious chocolate topping. Perfect for warm days or quick dessert prep.
🛒 Ingredients (9×13-inch pan)
Pudding Layer

2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding

3 cups cold milk
Cream Layer

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup (120 g) whipped topping (Cool Whip) or whipped cream

¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Layers & Assembly

1 box graham crackers (about 12–14 sheets)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

¼ cup (60 g) butter

3 tablespoons milk (for chocolate topping)
Optional toppings: chocolate shavings, whipped cream dollops, or nuts
🥄 Step 1: Make Pudding

In a medium bowl, whisk vanilla pudding with 3 cups cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
